1993’s The Three Musketeers is good

Do Charlie Sheen and Keifer Sutherland seem French to you? No, they don’t but this is a good movie. Oliver Platt doesn’t seem French but he was not a star of Young Guns, so perhaps he seems a bit more French than the other two. The Cardinal Richelau is plotting against the young king. The Musketeers have been disbanded but three Musketeers have not surrendered. They met a young man named D’Artagnan (Chris O’Donnell) who wants to be a musketeer. He manages to offend them all in separate meetings and he has duels scheduled with them all. The Cardinal’s guards interrupt the duel. I saw Deadpool and Wolverine

Maybe I am over Deadpool and the breaking the fourth wall jokes. I did not hate this film and I did finish it. That at least is something. The action was fine. It was nice to see Hugh Jackman as Wolverine again. I liked one of the two major villains.  As I said I feel over the breaking the fourth wall jokes or maybe some of those jokes were not that good this time around. Also the cherry or upbeat song being used for background music during a fight scene might have been done one time too often. I am keeping the plot details vague. I liked one of the two major villains but the other one I did not find interesting at all. Problem is that the villain I liked was the second villain.  I might not watch this again but I am keeping that option open. If this is better than Green Lantern, which I am sure of, it is not that much better. Maybe the Green Lantern film had a few issues but it is as bad as Reynolds has made it out to be.
